Join us for a Florida Ski Council week at the first ski resort the Space Coast Ski Club ever visited over 35 years ago! To this day, Snowmass remains a favorite destination for all levels of Florida skiers and snowboarders, mostly because of the Power of Four. You can experience four different mountains—Snowmass, Buttermilk, Aspen Highlands, and Aspen Mountain—all on the same lift ticket and all within an 8 mile radius. Surrounded by many of Colorado’s most notable mountain peaks, Snowmass offers much of the best ski and snowboarding terrain in North America. The peaks stretch upwards to 14,000 feet and the ski terrain spreads over 3,332 acres with 94 trails totaling over 150 miles of runs. Seven on-mountain restaurants offer places to pause and rest or meet up with friends. Snowmass is a massive mountain known for its groomed cruisers, champagne powder, as well as steeps and backcountry for the more adventuresome. The other 3 ski areas are accessible by a complimentary skiers’ bus
Since this is a Florida Ski Council trip, there will be two dinner parties during the week, one on Monday and the other on Thursday. The Thursday night event will be a theme party which is always a blast! We will also be hosting a group dinner for our club. There will be an on-mountain lunch for all and NASTAR racing for those who are interested. You don’t want to miss out on this wonderful opportunity to experience many Floridians’ favorite mountain resort!
Option for 2nd week at Copper Mountain: For those with an IKON ski pass and looking for a 2nd week of skiing, we are working an option to do a transfer at the end of the week from Snowmass to Copper Mountain. More details to come, please let us know if you are interested.
Top of the Village - We will be lodging at the spacious Top of the Village condos which features some of the largest 2 and 3 bedroom units and provide convenient ski-in/ski-out accessibility and gorgeous mountain views. They are located right above Snowmass Village so skiing and après entertainment is right outside your door. After a day on the slopes, you can relax in the swimming pool, two outdoor hot tubs or sauna. The Top of the Village complimentary shuttle is on call to take you throughout Snowmass Village to wonderful dining, unique shopping, or fun-filled après ski venues.
